Mauricio is an architect and began his career developing architectural and technical and economic feasibility projects in the real estate in Brazil. Focusing his career on branding of social causes in the 90s he coordinated the marketing department of ” Casa do Zezinho a Educational Cooperative from São Paulo where he developed projects for children and adolescents in the favelas (slums) in partnership with companies such as Xerox, IBM , Coca Cola. For 12 years he coordinated and presided over the Ciranda Association of Culture and Environment, an NGO located in Rio de Janeiro. During this period, he coordinated socio-environmental projects in Brazil and cultural projects in Brazil and in the Americas, Europe and the Middle East.
He currently coordinates the Hakuna Potato Project – Food and Hope for Homeless, and divides his time between Brazil and Europe.
Tereza Bettinardi (she/her) is a designer, researcher and editor who works and lives in São Paulo, Brazil. She began her career in 2006 and after working for over almost a decade for the main Brazilian and Latin-American publishing companies, she set up her studio in 2014 and has since worked across different realms of design including editorial, visual identity, packaging and environmental design. Her work has been recognized and awarded by The Brazilian Association of Graphic Designers [ADG Brasil], Museu da Casa Brasileira [MCB], Buenos Aires International Book Fair, Jabuti Prize [from Câmara Brasileira do Livro], the Brazilian Music Awards, the Latin American Design Awards, the Type Directors Club New York and The American Institute of Graphic Arts.
Aside from being a well-known master chef catering to the rich and famous, Gee is a long time gamer and “tech-geek.’ ” Since the inception of crypto-currencies, Gee has been combining his passion for gaming with the fast growing virtual market, in particular, NFT’s.
